The sky was heavily covered with the stratus at Majang Reservoir, Paju, Gyeonggi, South Korea when the Perseids were nearing the peak on Aug 13, 2013. These pictures were taken when the sky got a little bit clearer. The Andromeda galaxy is being grazed by a meteor that changes its color from red to green in the picture below.

The Milkyway streams down to the left of the Andromeda galaxy. The Double Cluster and Mirfak find their locations near the Milkyway, whilst the Seven Sisters can easily be seen at the bottom right corner.
A meteor is falling down through the constellation Orion and toward the stratocumulus while new day's dawning.
